1. License & Access Rights

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, or attempt to access source code.
Use cheats, exploits, hacks, bots, macros, injectors, packet editors, trainers, or any unauthorized software.
Modify or copy Game data, 3D models, textures, UI, engine files, animations, audio, or branding.
Interfere with servers, APIs, matchmaking, Fusion networking, or security systems.
Sell, trade, transfer, duplicate, or manipulate accounts or virtual items.
Bypass payment systems, coin systems, or exploit bugs for advantage.
Use the Game to violate local or international law.

2. In-Game Behavior & User Conduct
2.1 Prohibited Conduct

Spread false information, scams, phishing, or harmful links.
intentionally disrupt games, matchmaking, or tournaments.
Attempt to influence match results (match-fixing).
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining:
Control over your device
Password security
Login credentials
Third-party login accounts
We are not liable for losses caused by compromised accounts.
3. In-Game Chat, Voice Chat & Moderation
3.1 Chat Rules
In-game chat and voice chat must follow community guidelines and must not include:
Abuse, threats, harassment, vulgarity
Sexual content or illegal discussions
Hate speech
Advertising or spam
Trading or selling accounts/items
3.2 Chat Data Retention
Chat logs may be stored temporarily for up to 24 hours for safety, moderation, and investigation.
If no report is received, chat data is automatically deleted.
If a report is made, logs may be retained longer for investigation purposes.

4. Virtual Items, Coins & Purchases
4.1 Virtual Currency

Have no real-world value.

6. Anti-Cheat, Security & Fair Play
We may collect gameplay metrics, device identifiers, and behavioral patterns in order to:

Network tampering

7. Multiplayer, Tournaments & Events

By joining multiplayer or esports events, you agree to:

No using multiple accounts in official tournaments
7.2 Rewards
Digital rewards, coins, and items may be adjusted, revoked, or withheld if foul play is detected.
Rewards have no cash-out value.

1.1 All Sales Are Final
All in-app purchases made within Battle of Speed are final and non-refundable except where required by:

1.2 Platform-Controlled Refunds
