MMG Trading (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users (“User”, “You”) of the Battle of Speed mobile game (“Application”), available on iOS and Android.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES
All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.
Refunds follow each store’s respective policies.

Users must not:
Engage in bullying, hate speech, or harassment
Upload harmful, illegal, threatening, or explicit content
Cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt gameplay
Mimic dangerous or illegal behaviour inside or outside the game
Violate local or international laws
Violations may result in suspension, account termination, or legal action.

6. VOICE CHAT PRIVACY (REAL-TIME + AUTO-DELETE)
Battle of Speed includes real-time voice chat for multiplayer communication.
6.1 Data Collected
Live voice stream data
App ID / User ID
Timestamps
Session metadata
6.2 Auto-Delete Retention
Voice data is processed live and stored only temporarily
All voice recordings (if captured for moderation) are automatically deleted within 24 hours if no issue is reported
6.3 Incident Reports
If a player reports abuse, harassment, or illegal behaviour:
Relevant voice snippets may be saved temporarily for investigation
Data may be provided to authorities, including police, if the situation requires
Once investigation is complete, the data will be deleted
7. IN-GAME TEXT CHAT (Auto-Delete + Moderation)
We collect:
Chat messages
User ID / App ID
Timestamps
Chat channel (global, team, private)
Retention
Chat logs are kept for up to 24 hours for moderation
Automatically deleted if no report is filed
Incidents
If there is a complaint:
Relevant chat messages may be stored temporarily
Provided to authorities if required
Deleted once resolved
8. DATA SECURITY

Voice chat: auto-delete within 24 hours
Text chat: auto-delete within 24 hours
Incident reports: retained only for investigation
Gameplay/account data: kept until account deletion or termination
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The game is not intended for users:
Under 13 globally
Under 18 where required by local laws
If we accidentally collect child data, it will be deleted immediately.
12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your data may be transferred and processed on servers outside Malaysia.
We ensure appropriate protection (Firebase, Photon, etc.).
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for privacy practices of external sites or services linked within the game or website.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by Malaysian law.
Any disputes will be handled in Malaysian courts.
