MMG Trading is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and secure experience for all users of the Battle of Speed mobile application. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and the conditions under which refunds may be issued in accordance with platform rules (Google Play & Apple App Store) and applicable Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and its amendments.

 

 

1. General Policy

1.1 All Sales Are Final

All in-app purchases made within Battle of Speed are final and non-refundable except where required by:

Google Play’s refund policy

Apple App Store’s refund policy

Applicable consumer protection laws

Clear allowances stated in this Refund Policy

1.2 Platform-Controlled Refunds

Refund decisions for purchases made through Google Play or Apple App Store are ultimately controlled by their respective systems.
MMG Trading cannot override platform decisions.

 

2. Platform-Specific Refund Guidelines

2.1 Google Play (Android)

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play follow Google’s policies, including:

Unauthorized Transactions: Google may allow refund requests for unauthorized purchases within 120 days from transaction date.

Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted by Google if an item is not delivered or faulty.

Developer Refund API: MMG Trading may issue refunds via the Google Play Billing system where permitted, subject to Google’s terms.

General Rule: Google states that, unless explicitly allowed, “all sales are final”.

You may request a refund through Google Play Support or “Report a Problem” in your Google account.

2.2 Apple App Store (iOS)

Refunds for purchases made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system follow Apple’s guidelines:

Users may request refunds through Apple’s Refund Request System (Report a Problem) or through the in-app beginRefundRequest API where available.

Apple has sole authority to approve or reject refund requests.

For purchases made outside Apple’s IAP ecosystem (if applicable), MMG Trading will handle the request directly.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds Through MMG Trading

MMG Trading may consider refund requests under the following conditions:

3.1 Technical Failure

Purchased item not delivered

Content malfunction affecting actual usability

Purchase processed but item missing or corrupted

3.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Where billing anomalies occur and can be verified.

3.3 Platform Errors

Cases where Google/Apple directs users to the developer for additional review or verification.

Note: Unauthorized purchase cases must be handled through Google Play or Apple, as platform authentication and identity validation are beyond developer control.

 

4. Refund Request Procedure

4.1 If Purchase Was Made Through Google Play

Please contact Google Play Support directly using “Report a Problem”.

4.2 If Purchase Was Made Through Apple App Store

Please submit a refund request via Apple’s official refund portal.

4.3 For Game-Related Technical Issues

Description of issue

Device model, OS version

Screenshot or video proof (if applicable)

4.4 Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within:

14 days for developer-handled reviews

Platform timeframes (Google/Apple) for platform-controlled refunds

MMG Trading may reject requests submitted after 14 days unless required by law or supported by platform rules.

 

5. Review & Decision

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.

Approval is not guaranteed.

MMG Trading may request additional verification.

Once a refund is issued, access to the purchased item may be removed, as required by Google/Apple policy.

 

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction after successful delivery

Accidental purchases where the item has been used or activated

Situations involving abuse of refund systems

Violations of Battle of Speed Terms & Conditions

Cases where Google/Apple has already made the final decision

 

7. Personal Data Protection (PDPA Compliance)

MMG Trading complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) and amendments effective 2024–2025.

7.1 Data Collected for Refund Processing

We may collect the following:

Email

Transaction details

Device information

Supporting documents or media

7.2 Purpose of Processing

Data is used solely for:

Verifying ownership

Validating refund claims

Preventing fraud

Compliance with legal and platform requirements

7.3 Data Retention

Data will be retained only as long as necessary for:

Regulatory needs

Audit compliance

Fraud prevention

7.4 User Rights Under PDPA

You may request:

Access to your data

 

Correction of inaccurate data

Withdrawal of consent (where applicable)

7.5 Data Breach Notification

In line with PDPA amendments, MMG Trading will notify users and regulators if a data breach occurs involving sensitive transaction information.

 

8. Updates to This Policy

MMG Trading may update this Refund Policy to comply with:

Google Play policy changes

Apple App Store policy changes

PDPA revisions

Internal operational requirements

The latest version will always be available within Battle of Speed and official MMG Trading channels.
